Skaalen Heights is looking for a compassionate and dependable Universal Caregiver to join our team on our Part time NOC 2p-10p! Our beautiful 33-apartment assisted living community offers a calm, welcoming environment where you'll have the opportunity to provide personalized care while working alongside a supportive team that feels like family.

As a Universal Caregiver, you'll help residents live comfortably and independently by providing compassionate, person-centered care.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Passing medications safely (training provided if needed)
- Serving meals and assisting during dining
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Responding to resident needs throughout the shift
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Working closely with nurses and the care team to provide exceptional care
