Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organizedEntry Level IT Coordinator to join our IT department. This role will work underthe supervision of the System Administrator, and is essential in maintainingthe efficiency and security of our IT infrastructure. This is a temporary role aspart of the Drexel Co-Op Program and will run from September 22, 2026 throughMarch 26, 2027.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the employee onboarding and offboarding process.

  • Troubleshoot user IT issues.
  • Collaborate with System Administrator to install and configure new hardware and software as needed.
  • Assist in the transition to new products and processes
  • Monitor current systems as needed
  • Create and maintain an efficient system for storing and accessing IT equipment.
  • Securely erase data on laptops not in use.
  • Reinstall operating systems to prepare laptops for redeployment or disposal.

  • Ensure proper disposal of outdated or non-functionalequipment following company protocols and environmental safety guidelines.
  • Ensure IT-related documentation is accurate, user-friendly, and up-to-date.

Qualifications:
· Highschool diploma or equivalent; college student or trade school student workingtowards a degree in Information Technology or related field.
· Basicunderstanding of IT systems and networks.
· Understandingof Mac and Windows operating systems.
· Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail.
· Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.

PhysicalRequirements: (& Working Conditions):
· Mustbe able to commute to Center City Philadelphia 2-3 times a week
· Theability to lift 50 pounds and able to reach, crouch, or climb to accessdevices.
· Abilityto sit for long periods of time
· Abilityto view/read computer screens for long periods of time
