UNARMED SECURITY OFFICER - SPECIAL EVENTS PART-TIME - PITTSBURGH AND SURROUNDING AREAS

We are currently hiring Part-Time Special Event Unarmed Security Officers to assist with special events (sports events, concerts, fairs, etc.) in Pittsburgh, PA, and surrounding areas.

Pay: Bi weekly - $20.00

This position is responsible for providing unarmed security services at our client sites, conducting random foot patrols in and around the client site, and responding to security situations as needed. The employee is responsible for identifying and handling security threats, unsafe conditions, or hazards, and/or other emergency situations. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Required training is necessary for this position and is company paid.

Duties and Responsibilities
Foot patrol and static access control post assignments to ensure the safety and security of the client, their staff, and the community.
Proactively engages in security performance duties for maximum visibility and threat deterrence.
Accomplishes specific work tasks on site to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of duty assignments.
Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule; compiles information as necessary or as directed, and provides data to appropriate personnel.
Exhibits the ability to professionally interact with all individuals in a courteous manner, and is able to de-escalate potentially unsafe, hostile situations.

Qualifications
Applicant must have a valid driver’s license.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
Applicant will be required to complete all training.
