Job Description
NeuroSpark builds and operates a high-performance AI inference platform that helps enterprises run large language models faster, cheaper, and at scale. Inference infrastructure is the foundation the entire AI application layer runs on — every AI product ultimately depends on how fast, how reliably, and how affordably models can serve their users. Our vision is to make that layer so efficient that compute is never the reason a good AI product fails.
NeuroSpark Inc operates an enterprise AI inference platform serving customers with production AI workloads. As an Account Manager, you will own the ongoing customer relationship, monitor account health and usage, manage the customer onboarding pipeline, and identify opportunities to expand customer adoption and revenue.
This is a customer-facing commercial role with direct responsibility for retention, upsell, and revenue growth. You will work closely with Customer Engineering, Engineering, Operations, and company leadership to ensure customers are successfully onboarded, supported, and growing on the NeuroSpark platform.
Responsibilities· Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as the primary commercial point of contact.
· Monitor customer health, platform usage, engagement, open issues, and upcoming needs to identify risks and opportunities early.
· Own and maintain visibility into the customer onboarding pipeline, coordinating internal stakeholders to keep implementations and launches moving forward.
· Drive customer adoption and identify upsell and expansion opportunities based on usage growth, new workloads, additional models, capacity needs, or broader platform adoption.
· Contribute directly to revenue targets through account retention, expansion, and commercial follow-through.
· Develop trusted relationships across customer engineering, product, operations, procurement, finance, and executive stakeholders.
· Partner with Customer Engineering and Engineering to ensure technical issues, capacity requirements, and customer priorities are addressed effectively.
· Lead regular customer check-ins, account reviews, and internal updates on account status, risks, growth opportunities, and next actions.
· Support pricing, renewal, upsell, contract, billing, and procurement discussions in coordination with company leadership and Operations.
· Collect structured customer feedback and communicate recurring market needs to Product and Engineering.
· Help build repeatable account-management and customer-monitoring processes as NeuroSpark's customer base grows.
Qualifications· Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, enterprise sales, business development, partnerships, or another customer-facing commercial role.
· Demonstrated ability to manage ongoing customer relationships and drive customer retention, expansion, or revenue growth.
· Strong commercial judgment and comfort discussing customer priorities, usage, pricing, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
· Ability to understand a technical product well enough to communicate credibly with both business and technical stakeholders.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts, onboarding workstreams, and internal follow-ups simultaneously.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong executive presence and attention to detail.
· High ownership, responsiveness, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have· Experience at an AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, developer-tools, or enterprise technology company.
· Experience managing usage-based or consumption-based customer accounts.
· Experience owning revenue, renewal, expansion, or upsell targets.
· Familiarity with AI inference, APIs, cloud infrastructure, GPUs, or developer-facing technical products.
· Experience working with startup and enterprise customers across both technical and business stakeholders.
What Success Looks LikeYou maintain clear visibility into customer health and onboarding progress, build durable customer relationships, and consistently identify expansion opportunities before they become obvious. Customers view you as a reliable partner, while the business sees measurable retention, usage growth, upsell, and revenue impact across your accounts.
