JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that support business objectives and operational efficiency. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, vendors, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager oversees project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of software, systems, infrastructure, and business technology solutions. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to drive projects from initiation through deployment while maintaining alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
Backup Coverage:
May assist with project planning, requirements gathering, testing coordination, documentation, deployment activities, stakeholder communications, status reporting, and other departmental initiatives to ensure continuity of operations and successful project execution during periods of absence, increased workload, or organizational demand.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead projects from initiation through implementation, including requirements gathering, scoping, solution design, integration, testing, deployment, and project closeout.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and project deliverables to ensure successful execution and timely completion.
- Coordinate activities across internal teams, customers, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, implementing mitigation strategies and escalation procedures as necessary.
- Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications to provide visibility into project progress, milestones, and challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create, maintain, and distribute project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, release notes, testing documentation, and project closure documents.
- Track project performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects while serving as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships.
- Self-motivated professional capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
