Job Description

Employment Type: Full-Time  
Location: On-Site
Travel Requirement: This position is primarily office-based and does not require routine travel. Occasional local travel for meetings or organizational needs may be required.

Position Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for supporting the organization's full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection support, and onboarding coordination. The Recruiter will work closely with HR and program leadership to identify staffing needs and maintain an effective candidate pipeline to support program growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for assigned positions
Post job opportunities across appropriate recruiting platforms
Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, recruiting databases, and other approved channels
Review resumes and applications
Conduct initial candidate screenings
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain accurate applicant tracking records
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Support reference checks and pre-employment screening
Assist with offer and onboarding processes
Monitor recruitment metrics and time-to-fill
Develop recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill positions
Participate in job fairs and recruiting events
Maintain compliance with recruiting and employment requirements
Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
Minimum two (2) years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience sourcing and screening candidates
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for government contractors or regulated environments.
High-volume recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting field-based or specialized positions.
Professional HR or recruitment certification.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
