▸ Demonstrated scheduling experience on major construction projects valued at $10 million or greater

▸ Strong working knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 and Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles

▸ Experience with schedule development, baselines, resource loading, schedule updates, variance analysis, and reporting

▸ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify schedule risks and clearly communicate potential impacts

▸ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

▸ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders

▸ Ability to obtain and maintain required federal facility access and security credentials

▸ Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution

▸ 401(k) with competitive company match

▸ Generous PTO policy plus all federal holidays observed
