Position Summary:
The Investor Relations Manager will serve as a key liaison between the company and the investment community, helping communicate the company's financial performance, business strategy, and growth initiatives to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. This role will support earnings-related activities, investor communications, market intelligence, and capital markets engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of financial markets, valuation methodologies, and investor expectations, with prior experience on the buy side or sell side of the investment industry.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in finance, investment research, capital markets, investor relations, or a related field.
- Prior experience on either the buy side or sell side, including:
- Equity Research Analyst
- Credit/Debt Research Analyst
- Investment Analyst
- Hedge Fund Analyst
- Asset Management Analyst
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, financial modeling, and capital markets.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial and operating performance metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a sell-side equity research or debt research role covering public companies.
- OR 2-3 years of experience as an analyst at an institutional investment manager, asset manager, private investment firm, or hedge fund.
- Previous experience supporting investor relations, corporate strategy, corporate finance, or capital markets activities for a publicly traded company.
- Experience interacting with institutional investors, analysts, and senior executive leadership.
- Strong knowledge of public company reporting, earnings processes, and investor communications.
- CFA designation or progress toward CFA certification preferred.
- Experience within technology, infrastructure, energy, data center, or related industries is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear and compelling investor messaging.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5-10 years of total work experience.
- Combination of buy-side or sell-side investment research experience and strong financial analysis capabilities.
- Comfortable engaging with institutional investors, investment analysts, and executive leadership.
- Able to translate complex business and financial information into clear external communications for the investment community.

Physical Requirements:
- Able to remain in a seated position for an extended period and to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. (office manuals, case notebooks, case files, case materials, standard boxes, report binders, etc.) as needed.
