Position Summary

Field of Dreams is currently seeking a Full-Time Server to join our Dietary Department. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding meal service to residents while promoting a positive dining experience in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

The Server works closely with residents, dietary staff, and other departments to ensure meals are served accurately, efficiently, and with a resident-centered approach.

Schedule: Full-Time (Part-Time and Per Diem applicants may also be considered.)

Responsibilities
Serve meals and beverages to residents in the dining room and other designated areas
Assist residents as needed during meal times while promoting dignity and independence
Set up and break down dining areas before and after meals
Follow resident diet orders and report concerns to the Dietary Manager
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining rooms, serving stations, and work areas
Assist with meal preparation, dishwashing, and other dietary tasks as assigned
Ensure food is served safely and according to facility policies and procedures
Provide courteous, respectful, and friendly customer service to residents, families, and visitors
Work collaboratively with dietary staff and other departments to enhance resident satisfaction
Follow all infection control, sanitation, and food safety guidelines
Qualifications
Previous food service, restaurant, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items throughout the shift
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
