About the Role

As an Member Experience Specialist I. This frontline role delivers accurate, efficient, and welcoming service to members by handling routine transactions, supporting basic account needs, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer. The Member Experience Specialist I promotes products through needs-based conversations and refers more complex requests as needed, while following all security, compliance, and fraud-prevention procedures.

What You'll Do
• Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• Provide account support and respond to basic member inquiries
• Perform account maintenance such as address updates, debit card assistance, and stop payments
• Promote products and services through needs-based conversations and refer complex needs as appropriate
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate transaction records
• Follow all security, compliance, and fraud-prevention procedures
• Support branch operations and deliver a professional, member-first experience

What We're Looking For
• 1+ year of experience in banking, financial services, retail, or cash handling
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Notary Public and credit union experience a plus

If you're hired, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
