Pick & Pack Associate – Fulfillment

BR Printers is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pick & Pack Associate to join our Colorado Fulfillment team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Using RF scanning equipment and shipping systems, you’ll help ensure every order is accurate, properly packaged, and ready to reach our customers on time. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, works well as part of a team, and understands the importance of accuracy and quality in every order.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner and established picking procedures.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and order information before completing each pick.
• Pack products securely according to customer, company, and shipping requirements.
• Prepare completed orders for shipment, including labeling and required documentation.
• Process outgoing shipments using approved shipping systems and carriers.
• Perform final order checks to ensure product quantities and quality are accurate before shipment.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
• Stage completed orders in designated shipping areas.
• Maintain accurate order and fulfillment information within applicable systems.
• Assist with inventory organization and product replenishment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all BR Printers safety procedures, warehouse practices, and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with Fulfillment, Shipping & Receiving, and other team members to meet daily customer and production deadlines.
• Assist with additional fulfillment and warehouse responsibilities as business needs require.

Who You Are

• Previous picker/packer experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution environment.
• Experience using RF scanning equipment/scanning guns.
• Basic shipping experience, including labels, carriers, and order verification.
• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and quality expectations.

Extra Skills That Set You Apart

• Previous Fulfillment or distribution center experience.
• Familiarity with common shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
• Experience using warehouse or shipping software.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Experience with inventory management or order fulfillment systems.
• Experience working in a high-volume fulfillment operation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 40–50 pounds, as required.
• Ability to safely move products and packages throughout the fulfillment facility.
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse and fulfillment environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation: $19.29 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Schedule based on operational needs | Overtime and additional hours may be required during peak production periods.
