Meazure Learning was established when testing industry giants ProctorU and Yardstick joined forces in 2020. Our goal is to better serve both our higher-ed and professional testing clients by creating the most comprehensive and transformative full-service online test development and delivery solution on the market. The Role:

The Shared Services Associate is responsible for delivering administrative support to internal teams, clients, and candidates. This role ensures smooth operations related to exam administration, billing, and client service by responding to inquiries, processing applications, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate reporting within a defined scope of responsibilities.

The Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a first-level resource for delivering timely and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries via Zendesk, offering troubleshooting and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments such as Finance, Test Delivery, Client Services, and Account Management to support overall client satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Generate internal reports to support department efficiency, visibility, and oversight.

Additional Position Information:

  • Remote India Opportunity
  • Core Hours: 6 pm – 3 am (IST)
  • Core Days Worked: Monday - Friday

Desired Attributes:

  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Actively contribute to and support the organization’s quality improvement initiatives and service excellence programs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or operations preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Zendesk or other ticketing platforms is a plus
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
