We're hiring Physical Therapists to provide home-based pediatric therapy throughout Arizona.

Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients
• Design and implement treatment plans
• Deliver therapy services in patients' homes
• Complete accurate documentation
• Educate families on therapeutic activities
• Support children in achieving functional goals

Qualifications

Current Arizona Physical Therapist license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, dependable transportation, and excellent communication skills.
