Compensation & Schedule
- Earn $64–$92 per visit/hour (depending on location, employment type, and experience)
- W-2 or 1099 opportunities
- Full-time and part-time positions
- Flexible caseload options throughout Arizona
Your Role
- Perform evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide home-based occupational therapy
- Monitor patient progress
- Maintain timely documentation
- Educate families
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members
- Optional supervision of COTAs

Qualifications
Arizona Occupational Therapy license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID (we can help you get this), Article 9 certification, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.
