The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running safely and efficiently. In this hands-on position, you'll receive, sort, pick, pack, load, and unload products while accurately fulfilling customer orders and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll help ensure every order is handled with care and delivered on time while supporting a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Success in this role comes from a strong commitment to teamwork, quality, productivity, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Hourly Wage: $19/hour
Schedule: M-F 1st shift (6am-230pm) and 2nd Shift (9:30am-6pm)
Location: Freemont- AFH Warehouse

Responsibilities:

  • Perform warehouse duties such as pick orders, receive/stow product, unload and load trailers 
  • Fulfill orders for AFH (Away from Home), retail, and wholesale channels in an accurate and quality manner to avoid damage 
  • Ensure shipments are loaded and received on the correct trucks within the assigned deadlines 
  • Partner with the Warehouse Manager on a daily basis to determine the work that needs to be completed for the day 
  • Utilize carrier sites and DAX proficiently when applicable 
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment 

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Ability to read, understand, and accurately follow written instructions in English.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work overtime, including occasional short-notice shifts, based on business needs.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling products, inventory, and customer orders.
  • Ability to obtain Forklift Certification and/or electrical pallet jack.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry products while working on your feet throughout your shift.

Preferred:

  • Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or shipping/receiving experience
  • Experience with warehouse technology, including RF scanners or ERP systems (D365).
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain software platforms, specifically D365.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Exposures:

  • Must be able to remain on feet for extended periods, including shifts exceeding 9 continuous hours.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to perform tasks that involve frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching.
  • Work environment includes exposure to airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, muscular strain, and high noise levels.

The target annual base salary range for this position is $19/hour. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education, certifications or licenses, other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors, and the geographic location of the role. In addition to base pay, individuals in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
