Accountabilities:

The Senior Analyst, Visual Analytics (Tableau) will design, develop, and maintain advanced visualization solutions that enable teams to access actionable insights. The role will partner with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs, improve reporting capabilities, and ensure data is presented in a clear and effective way.

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and interactive reports primarily using Tableau.
  • Translate business questions and stakeholder needs into intuitive visual analytics solutions.
  • Structure and model data entities effectively to support accurate and meaningful visualizations.
  • Write SQL queries to prepare, validate, and optimize data used for reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal partners across customer engagement and business functions to deliver analytics solutions.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and validate dashboards to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
  • Recommend improvements to dashboard design, reporting approaches, and data storytelling practices.
  • Support the transition from traditional reporting methods toward modern embedded visual analytics.
  • Take ownership of analytics projects and deliver high-quality solutions independently.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a skilled analytics professional with strong Tableau expertise, data visualization experience, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. This role requires curiosity, ownership, and a passion for turning data into business value.

  • Advanced Tableau skills with a strong portfolio of dashboards and visualization projects developed end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling principles and how to structure data for effective visualization.
  • Experience writing SQL for data preparation, validation, and analysis.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and drive deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new analytics tools and technologies.
  • Tableau certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar analytics technologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, revenue cycle operations, GenAI tools, or Tableau Public is beneficial but not required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual base salary range of $50,461 - $114,114.48 USD, depending on skills, experience, education, training, and location.
