The FP&A Specialist — Strategic Modeling & Long-Term Planning will be responsible for developing strategic financial models, conducting business analysis, and transforming complex financial data into actionable recommendations. This professional will support high-impact initiatives by combining financial expertise, analytical thinking, and technology-driven approaches.
- Build and maintain multi-year strategic financial models to support business planning, new initiatives, and long-term decision-making.
- Develop flexible and traceable models based on robust operational assumptions and business drivers.
- Structure complex financial scenarios by translating different business dynamics into clear and reliable models.
- Integrate AI tools into financial analysis workflows to improve model creation, automation, and scenario evaluation.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic materials that communicate key insights to leadership and investors.
- Conduct market, competitive, and business analysis across products, segments, and geographies.
- Ensure technical rigor, documentation, version control, and auditability across all financial models.
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear recommendations that support strategic decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business mechanics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously improve modeling practices, analytical processes, and decision-support capabilities.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling expertise with strategic thinking and excellent communication skills. This professional should be comfortable working with complex business scenarios, senior stakeholders, and modern analytical tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience creating financial models in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Consulting, Financial Markets, or similar environments.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with the ability to build complex, structured, and highly traceable financial models.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling principles, assumptions building, and scenario analysis.
- Practical experience using Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar solutions in analytical workflows.
- Excellent critical thinking and strategic vision, with the ability to understand business drivers and translate them into financial impacts.
- Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to present complex analyses clearly to leadership and investors.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to quality and deadlines.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency, as reporting materials and communications are conducted in English.
