Job Description

Solutions Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solutions Consultant based in United States.

As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in helping prospective customers understand how workplace technology can solve complex business and operational challenges. You will partner closely with Account Executives throughout sophisticated B2B SaaS sales cycles, from discovery through technical validation and close.
You’ll translate customer needs into compelling solution architectures, tailored demonstrations, and measurable business outcomes.
The role spans Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, IT, HR, and Workplace teams, requiring strong commercial awareness and technical credibility.
You’ll lead technical evaluations, POCs, RFPs, security discussions, integrations, and enterprise architecture conversations.
AI and agentic technologies will be central to how you research, prepare, design solutions, and improve your workflows.
This is an opportunity to combine consultative selling, technical expertise, storytelling, and AI fluency in a fast-moving, technology-forward environment.

Accountabilities
  • Own the technical and solution strategy for complex sales opportunities, partnering with Account Executives from initial discovery through validation and close.
  • Lead structured discovery sessions to uncover business challenges, workflows, technical requirements, decision criteria, desired outcomes, dependencies, and potential risks.
  • Translate customer requirements into solution architectures that connect platform capabilities with measurable workplace and business outcomes.
  • Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that communicate complex capabilities clearly and adapt to different audiences, including technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives.
  • Lead technical evaluations and proofs of concept by defining hypotheses, use cases, success criteria, dependencies, and decision paths.
  • Guide enterprise architecture discussions covering APIs, webhooks, SSO, identity management, employee data, Microsoft 365, security, integrations, and related systems.
  • Identify technical risks early and coordinate with Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, Security, and other internal specialists to develop credible solutions.
  • Use AI tools and agents to accelerate account research, discovery preparation, demo planning, technical research, solution design, and customer deliverables.
  • Validate AI-generated content and recommendations before they influence technical decisions, customer communications, or solution proposals.
  • Help customers identify practical, high-value AI opportunities while distinguishing them from solutions that introduce unnecessary complexity or risk.
  • Lead complex RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, solution diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation assumptions, using AI where appropriate to improve efficiency.
  • Develop reusable discovery frameworks, technical patterns, prompts, demo assets, and AI-enabled workflows that strengthen the wider Solutions Consulting function.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solution Engineering, or technical consulting within a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience owning technical and solution strategy throughout complex B2B SaaS sales cycles.
  • Strong discovery and consultative skills, with the ability to uncover underlying business problems, technical constraints, decision criteria, and desired outcomes rather than simply responding to stated requirements.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver compelling software demonstrations for business, technical, and executive audiences.
  • Strong technical aptitude across enterprise software, integrations, APIs, identity, data flows, security, and solution architecture.
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, relevant, outcome-focused recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI, agentic AI, and LLM-based tools in professional workflows, including a clear understanding of their limitations and the need to verify outputs.
  • Strong AI orchestration capabilities, including defining objectives, providing context, structuring workflows, evaluating outputs, validating important claims, and determining when human judgment is required.
  • Sound judgment when assessing where AI can create meaningful value versus where automation could introduce unnecessary risk or complexity.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining rigor, context, responsiveness, and customer trust.
  • Consultative mindset with the credibility to engage effectively with end users, technical specialists, business leaders, and executives.
  • Experience with IWMS, workplace technology, enterprise integrations, POCs, RFPs, or technical evaluations is valuable.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML, SCIM, Microsoft 365, SaaS security and privacy concepts, AI agents, or prompt design is a plus.
Benefits
  • Remote work opportunity within the United States.
  • Comprehensive and competitive benefits designed to support health, well-being, and financial security.
  • Flexible and ownership-oriented working environment with autonomy to drive meaningful outcomes.
  • High-performance culture focused on accountability, measurable results, and professional excellence.
  • Technology-forward environment with significant exposure to AI, agentic technologies, and advanced workplace solutions.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning, professional development, and career growth.
  • Collaborative, results-driven culture with cross-functional exposure and strong team support.
  • Opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving technology environment.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to equal employment opportunities and valuing diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
