Dialysis Manager - Registered Nurse in Cookeville, Tennessee at Cookeville Regional Medical Center

The Dialysis Manager - Registered Nurse is responsible for providing professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process within an assigned unit; assesses, treats and care for patients demonstrating an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological maturation process; coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Oversees the work of other professional and non-professional personnel. Other duties as assigned.

The role of the Dialysis Manager is responsible and accountable for the planning, organizing, delegating, coordinating and managing the department to ensure a high level of care, service, quality and overall patient satisfaction. Other responsibilities include managing staff productivity, development and education as well as establishing measurable goals and objectives for the sleep department and its staff. The manager assists hospital leadership with the development of annual budgets for the department, and is responsible for projecting, assessing, developing and implementing immediate and long term plans for growth, development, and efficient operations that are aligned with the organization.

Education: Bachelors Preferred/ Associates Required

License: Registered Nurse Required

Experience Requirements

Must have 1+ years of experience working in dialysis to be considered.
