Contracts Administrator
We are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator to add to our growing team in Walton, KY. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years' experience in in contract administration, contract coordination, or business operations who is looking to grow their career in contract management. In this role, you will support the preparation, processing, tracking, and maintenance of customer and vendor contracts across all of our business lines while partnering with internal teams and our general counsel to ensure contracts are executed and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
Essential Functions
- Prepare, organize, process, and maintain contract documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Track contract status, renewals, modifications, and key milestones to ensure timely processing.
- Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Legal, and other internal departments to support contract execution.
- Review contract documents for completeness and required approvals prior to execution.
- Maintain accurate electronic contract files and support documentation.
- Assist with reporting, audits, and contract record management.
- Support process improvements that enhance contract administration efficiency and organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, paralegal studies, Finance, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in contract administration, contract coordination, sales operations, procurement support, or a similar administrative role.
- Experience working with customer contracts, purchase orders, agreements, or related documentation preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience working with document management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
