Team-based care model with strong clinical support
Opportunity to work across multiple sites in the region

Leadership & Team Support:

Active Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain)
Experience beyond residency preferred
Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations
Comfortability using EHR systems
What Matters Here:
A commitment to mission-driven, community-based care
Strong clinical judgment and efficiency
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Compassion, adaptability, and respect for every patient
This role is part of a broader effort to strengthen access to high-quality primary care across Virginia. Our approach is simple: support providers, build strong care teams, and ensure communities have access to the care they deserve.
