Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates for anApartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Arbors at Eastland in Bloomington, IL.

- $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
- Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses
- On-call bonus structure - up to $1,500

Essential Job Duties:
- Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Maintaining property grounds
- Preventative maintenance
- Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
- 2+ years experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
