Job Description
This role serves as a strategic talent acquisition leader responsible for developing and executing advanced sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and recruit exceptional Managing Director talent. This position plays a critical role in building and sustaining a long‑term talent pipeline that supports the firm’s growth objectives and strengthens its competitive position within the wealth management industry.
Working in close partnership with firm leadership, this role proactively identifies high-caliber talent, cultivates relationships with passive candidates, and implements scalable recruiting strategies that enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the firm's recruiting efforts. The position also leverages market intelligence, recruiting analytics, and continuous process improvement to optimize hiring outcomes and deliver a best-in-class Managing Director candidate experience.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Partner with firm leadership to develop and execute comprehensive recruiting and sourcing strategies for Managing Director candidates that align with the firm’s long-term growth objectives. Develop effective relationships within the firm and the hiring community to impact the recruiting and hiring process. Manages the recruitment sourcing process including networking, pipelining and talent identification. Develop and manage a proactive talent pipeline through networking, direct outreach, referrals, industry research and relationship building with high-performing passive candidates. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, external search partners and executive search methodologies to identify top talent.Analyze recruiting metrics and talent acquisition data to evaluate pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and recruiting outcomes. Develop reporting and dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership regarding recruiting activity and candidate flow. Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes, implement best practices, and improve operational efficiency through scalable solutions.Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism and a highly personalized recruiting process.Strengthen the firm's visibility and reputation within the wealth management community by proactively promoting Oxford as an employer of choice through networking, professional associations, and talent engagement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent professional experience.7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate talent within financial services, RIA, wealth management, or other professional service firm. Experience recruiting in both corporate and executive search environments preferred. Demonstrated success developing and executing sophisticated sourcing strategies for executive or highly specialized positions. Proven experience identifying, engaging, and converting passive candidates through direct sourcing and relationship management.Ability to identify inefficiencies, propose scalable solutions, and drive continuous improvement. Proven ability to consult, influence and build effective partnerships with hiring managers.Must have the ability to work independently and be organized, action-oriented and self-driven.Must be a collaborative team player and be flexible and adaptable.Strong collaborator who values and enjoys working with the leadership team to support the business. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to quickly develop an effective rapport with candidates and build ongoing relationships.Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other recruiting technologies.
- Extended periods of computer, video and telephone usage.Occasional travel as business needs necessitate.
