As an Occupational Therapist, youll support the Trellis mission through occupational therapy service delivery and documentation. Youll provide services aligned with each childs IEP and/or Treatment Plan, evaluate needs, develop treatment supports, and collaborate closely with families and instructional teams to promote meaningful progress.

- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- NBCOT certification
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure maintained in accordance with applicable requirements
- Provide direct occupational therapy services as indicated by each childs IEP and/or Treatment Plan
- Develop IEPs and/or Treatment Plans and complete treatment planning, record keeping, and progress reporting
- Administer evaluations and complete written evaluation reports
- Participate in IEP and parent progress meetings and communicate with families and instructional staff regarding progress, strengths, needs, and concerns
- Develop materials and supports relevant to treatment goals and participate in interdisciplinary professional development
- Provide training to instructional and related service staff, mentor or supervise occupational therapy students, and communicate concerns to the Director.
