Primary Responsibilities
Duties involve supervision of the IT helpdesk in collaboration with the IT service provider for all aspects of information technology and communications including hardware, software, and data backup systems. Duties also include support of all communications systems, technology for staff, and the IT Manager/Cybersecurity Officer for business continuity planning, vendor management, risk assessments and policies and project management.
Collaborate with service provider to:
- Implement and support the network and computing infrastructure.
- Ensure proper user account management, email systems, internet access, log management, and telecommunications.
- "White Glove" deploy hardware units to end-users in a timely and thorough fashion.
- Prioritize technical queries and provide end-user training and support.
Assist IT Manager/Cybersecurity Officer:
- Ensure security administration of network, servers, workstations, and applications.
- Maintain inventory of systems, hardware and software assets, and configurations.
- Analyze logs and apply appropriate updates, patches, and change management integrating new technologies into existing environment.
- Perform routine audits of software and hardware.
- Prioritize and manage simple and complex IT projects with little supervision.
- Supervise communication systems and equipment not managed by the IT service provider.
- Provide IT support to all levels of staff for projects, such as new products and services as well as general IT support with the ability to assist varying levels of technology competency in a respectful manner

Requirements:- Associate degree in Information Technology (or pursuing)
- 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology/Information Systems preferred
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows servers and desktop products, networked devices, printers, remote access, routers, and security administration
- General banking experience preferred
- Experience with Fiserv Cleartouch, vendor management, and business continuity a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
