Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Join Our Team and Make a Difference Every Day!

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors? We are seeking an exceptional nursing professional to join our team and provide outstanding care in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Under the direction of the RN Supervisor and Director of Nursing, the LPN delivers skilled nursing care and supports residents in achieving and maintaining their highest level of health, comfort, and independence. This role is responsible for ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and adherence to established nursing standards and company policies.

What You'll Do
  • Provide direct nursing care and medication administration to residents.
  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and families to promote optimal resident outcomes.
  • Accurately document care and maintain resident records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a safe, positive, and resident-focused environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and standards of care.
QualificationsEducation
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
Experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required.
  • Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
Certifications & Skills
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
