What You'll Do
Diagnostics & Repair- Diagnose and repair outboard and inboard engines with accuracy and efficiency
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, fuel, cooling, steering, and electrical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and major repairs to manufacturer standards
- Complete repowers, new boat rigging, and engine installations
- Install controls, steering systems, electronics, trolling motors, Power-Poles, and marine accessories
- Perform water testing and final inspections to ensure quality workmanship
- Identify additional maintenance opportunities through thorough diagnostics
- Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and an organized work area
- Deliver high-quality repairs with minimal comebacks and strong attention to detail
- 5+ years of marine technician experience required (dealership experience strongly preferred)
- Experience servicing Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, or MerCruiser products
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with marine electrical systems, rigging, and accessory installation
- Manufacturer certifications preferred
- Productive, dependable, and quality-focused
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Willing to work Saturdays (Sunday always off plus one weekday off)

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Saturday schedule
- Sunday always off + one weekday off
