Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects from planning through completion. This role will oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, client communication, quality control, safety compliance, and overall project execution to ensure successful delivery of construction projects.
As a Project Manager, You Will:
- Manage commercial construction projects including ground-up construction, tenant improvements, renovations, and interior buildouts.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting.
- Coordinate daily activities with superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout activities.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
- Support procurement activities and subcontractor management.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Collaborate with accounting, legal, and operations teams to support project success.
- Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain project objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction environments.
- Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, construction drawings, and project delivery processes.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, ProjectSight, or similar systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions in fast-paced construction environments.
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
- PMP or CCM Certification is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent commercial construction experience will be considered.

Salary: $90K-$130K annually
