This is a senior software development opportunity supporting a technology-driven healthcare environment.
You will join a collaborative team responsible for developing and evolving applications that support medical services and operational efficiency.
The role combines backend and frontend development with a strong focus on scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
You will work across system integrations, APIs, databases, application architecture, and continuous delivery practices.
Your technical expertise will also contribute to evaluating requirements, discussing solutions, and guiding engineering decisions.

The role is remote, with occasional availability required for visits to an office in São Paulo.

• Develop and maintain applications as part of a collaborative software engineering team.
• Build and support system integrations using REST and SOAP services.
• Design and implement features with scalability, performance, security, and maintainability in mind.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and actively participate in discussions around solution design.
• Develop and maintain backend services using C#, .NET, .NET Core, WebAPI, and related technologies.
• Contribute to frontend development using technologies such as AngularJS or ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and jQuery.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server and MongoDB.
• Support version control, CI/CD, application deployment, and development workflows using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Share technical knowledge and experience with other team members, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Senior-level professional experience developing applications with C#, WCF, and ASP.NET 4.0 or higher.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core, MVC, WebForms, Entity Framework, WebAPI, and REST.
• Experience with AngularJS or ReactJS and solid knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML.
• Experience working with SQL Server and/or MongoDB databases.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD management, and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of IIS and experience supporting web application environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving ability, time management, and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to take ownership of responsibilities, contribute ideas, and support colleagues through knowledge sharing.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or health insurance sector is desirable.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and practices is considered a plus.
