Analista de Infraestrutura de TI - Microsoft

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Infraestrutura de TI - Microsoft based in Brazil.

This is a remote infrastructure role focused on the administration, support, and continuous improvement of Microsoft-based technology environments.
You will help ensure the availability, performance, security, and stability of critical infrastructure supporting both internal operations and customers.
The position covers Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, VMware, monitoring, and related infrastructure services.
You will troubleshoot complex incidents, automate administrative processes, and contribute to infrastructure modernization initiatives.
The role combines hands-on technical work with collaboration across support teams, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
It is well suited to an organized, proactive professional who enjoys solving problems and working in critical technology environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Administer, support, and continuously improve Microsoft infrastructure environments for corporate operations and customers.
  • Manage Windows Server environments, ensuring availability, performance, stability, and appropriate configuration.
  • Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Print Server, and related Microsoft services.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, synchronization, licensing, authentication, and access management.
  • Support Microsoft Azure environments, including virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, and identity services.
  • Administer virtualized environments using VMware vSphere/ESXi.
  • Monitor infrastructure consoles, investigate alerts, perform troubleshooting, and act proactively to prevent incidents.
  • Handle technical incidents and provide advanced support for Microsoft infrastructure environments.
  • Use PowerShell to automate administrative tasks, provisioning, information gathering, reporting, and routine operations.
  • Coordinate with monitoring and customer-support teams, communicate actions taken, and escalate issues to appropriate technical teams.
  • Interact with customers, internal teams, and technology suppliers to resolve technical requests and incidents.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure infrastructure information remains accurate and traceable.
  • Participate in infrastructure deployment, migration, optimization, and continuous-improvement projects.
  • Participate in on-call rotations when required.
Requirements:
  • Higher education completed or in progress in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Networks, or a related field.
  • Professional experience administering Microsoft environments in production.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, including users, groups, GPOs, OUs, permission delegation, and password policies.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, particularly virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity.
  • Experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi virtualization environments.
  • Experience working with hybrid infrastructure combining on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, NTFS, permissions, quotas, TCP/IP, VLANs, and firewalls.
  • Practical PowerShell knowledge for Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure administration and automation.
  • Experience creating, interpreting, and maintaining scripts for provisioning, reporting, information collection, and administrative automation.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Zabbix or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting corporate and customer-facing technology environments.
  • Knowledge of corporate backup solutions; Veeam Backup & Replication is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, with a structured approach to problem solving.
  • Good technical and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organization, documentation, collaboration, initiative, and sense of responsibility.
  • Ability and willingness to continuously learn new technologies and infrastructure practices.
  • Certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-104, MS-102, SC-900, ITIL Foundation, or VMware VCP are considered valuable.
