The position combines hands-on recruiting with a strong focus on candidate experience, process quality, and inclusive hiring practices.
You will manage multiple requisitions independently while keeping stakeholders informed and hiring activity organized.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruiter who can ramp quickly and make an immediate impact in a dynamic environment.

Accountabilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned US and Canadian requisitions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, reference and background checks, and offer support.
  • Lead intake and needs-analysis discussions with hiring managers to define role scope, required qualifications, hiring timelines, and selection criteria.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to develop and publish clear, compelling job descriptions and postings.
  • Build candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels, including for recurring or hard-to-fill positions.

  • Maintain consistent, timely, and high-quality communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Support offer preparation and negotiations in collaboration with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
  • Apply inclusive sourcing, screening, and interviewing practices while proactively considering diverse and underrepresented talent pools.
  • Maintain working knowledge of relevant US and Canadian hiring requirements, including pay transparency, background checks, and state or provincial variations, escalating compliance questions appropriately.
  • Support selected preboarding activities following offer acceptance, including stakeholder communication, first-day coordination, and scheduling of initial onboarding sessions.
  • Keep applicant tracking system and requisition records accurate and up to date while providing regular pipeline and hiring-status reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify process inefficiencies or candidate experience challenges and recommend practical improvements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience, with demonstrated ownership of full-cycle recruiting processes.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple professional levels, including individual contributor and professional or exempt positions.
  • Experience supporting US hiring is required; familiarity with Canadian recruitment and employment practices is advantageous.
  • Prior contract or interim recruiting experience, with the ability to quickly adapt to new processes, teams, and requisition portfolios.
  • Proven experience using an applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter or an equivalent sourcing platform.
  • Experience with Predictive Index or a comparable behavioral assessment tool is preferred.
  • Familiarity with competency-based and inclusive interviewing methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions, candidates, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and organization.
  • Strong independent judgment and the ability to work effectively with minimal day-to-day supervision.
  • Sound understanding of recruiting practices and the ability to recognize when potential compliance issues should be escalated.
  • Comfortable using AI tools throughout the recruiting lifecycle, particularly for synthesizing interview notes, scorecard feedback, and evidence-based candidate recommendations, while reviewing AI-generated outputs for accuracy, fairness, and potential bias.
  • Experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, or high-growth environments is a plus.
Benefits
  • Fixed-term contract expected to run for approximately 6 months, from September 2026 through February 2027.
  • Flexible workload of approximately 20–40 hours per week, depending on recruiting volume and interview activity.
  • Remote work within the United States or Canada.
  • Compensation of up to $65 per hour.
  • No travel required.
  • Opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and HR leaders while managing meaningful recruiting responsibilities.
  • Exposure to modern recruiting technology, AI-enabled workflows, structured interviewing, and inclusive talent acquisition practices.
