- Own and manage the full product lifecycle for growth and retention initiatives, from discovery and prioritization to delivery and continuous optimization
- Identify and evaluate customer pain points, market trends, business priorities, and competitive opportunities to drive impactful product decisions
- Develop and improve customer-facing experiences related to onboarding, reactivation, transparency, order management, and retention mechanisms
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and sales teams to define requirements and deliver scalable product solutions
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, user stories, and prioritization frameworks aligned with customer and business objectives
- Analyze product performance, user behavior, and operational KPIs to guide product iterations and data-driven decision-making
- Drive initiatives related to payment infrastructure, customer loyalty systems, analytics, and tracking capabilities
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback through multiple channels and translating insights into actionable product improvements
- Ensure effective stakeholder alignment and support successful product launches across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Software Development, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software product management, ideally within marketplaces, e-commerce, B2B platforms, or other digital platform environments
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnel optimization, automation strategies, and system integrations
- Solid analytical skills with experience using tools such as SQL, Excel, data visualization platforms, pivot tables, or similar analytics solutions
- Ability to interpret product metrics and translate data insights into strategic product decisions
- Technical understanding of modern web technologies and interest in AI-powered tools and workflows
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
- Self-driven, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments
