Principal Software Engineer

Accountabilities:
  • Provide technical support to users through phone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Analyze customer problems, identify root causes, and apply consultative solutions tailored to operational needs.
  • Maintain high service quality standards while meeting agreed service levels and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Review technical documentation, research alternative information sources, and perform simulations and testing to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and contribute to continuous service optimization.
  • Assist customers with system-related inquiries involving supply chain and warehouse management solutions.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer technical support or a related technical assistance role.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress (from the 3rd semester onward) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of databases, programming logic, Windows operating systems, and networking concepts.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a customer-focused and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of logistics systems or warehouse management platforms is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, computer networks, or supply chain management solutions is advantageous.
  • English and/or Spanish language skills are a plus.
