You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting customized Salesforce Field Service solutions, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements in complex environments. Your main responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing software solutions across multiple Salesforce components and integrated applications
- Translating business and system requirements into detailed technical specifications and scalable designs
- Supporting integration approaches and implementation strategies for packaged and custom applications
- Assisting in release deployments and ensuring smooth installation of applications in production environments
- Developing solutions following coding standards, SDLC best practices, and interface specifications
- Contributing to testing activities and ensuring system quality, stability, and performance across releases
You should have hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning and a solid foundation in software development within enterprise environments. The role requires both technical depth and strong analytical capability, along with a collaborative mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Field Service Lightning
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in software development or related technical roles
- Intermediate knowledge of build management and software delivery processes
- Understanding of SDLC and software engineering best practices
- Experience with application integration and testing (SaaS environments is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced, global environments with strong communication skills
