  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including advertising, headhunting, screening, reference checking, and offer management. Promote the Group’s reputation as an employer of choice across various platforms and within the industry. Liaise with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, draft job advertisements, and develop recruitment strategies. Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, SEEK, and professional networks. Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers in a timely and efficient manner. Coach and guide managers and team leaders on best practice interview techniques and recruitment process to ensure consistency and fairness. Represent Finance One at key external events, such as career fairs and networking functions, to promote employer branding and attract top talent. Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment documentation including screening notes, reference checks, and onboarding communications. Ensure all recruitment activity complies with internal policies and procedures. Maintain and update recruitment tracking tools and systems to reflect current activity and progress. Provide timely recruitment reporting and analytics to support the Head of People & Culture, including data for Board reports. Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience, ensuring new hires are well-prepared for their first day.
