Job Description

Lifetime Dental Care is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our growing pediatric and family dental practice. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about leadership, accountability, and delivering outstanding patient care.

As our Office Manager, you will serve as the operational leader of the practice by:
Leading and developing a high-performing administrative and clinical support team
Creating an exceptional patient experience
Managing daily office operations, workflow, and team productivity
Driving accountability through KPIs, reporting, and performance coaching
Overseeing scheduling efficiency, patient flow, and production goals
Managing insurance, billing, collections, and financial systems
Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
Developing office systems, policies, and standard operating procedures
Leading team meetings and fostering positive communication and collaboration
Maintaining regulatory compliance, HIPAA, OSHA, and office standards
Managing vendors, inventory, and facility operations
Supporting doctors so they can focus on providing outstanding patient care
The ideal candidate is:

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Passionate about coaching and developing others
A proactive problem solver who enjoys improving systems
Calm under pressure and able to make sound decisions
Professional with excellent communication skills

Honest, dependable, and accountable
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of dental office management experience preferred
Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing
Experience with scheduling, collections, treatment planning, and financial arrangements
Experience using dental management software
Working knowledge of both front office and clinical workflows
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
