Lead the Financial Strategy of an Industry Leader

As CFO, you'll be a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors, leading the company's financial strategy while helping shape its future. This is a unique opportunity to influence key business decisions, support strategic growth, and lead a high-performing finance organization in a dynamic, commodity-based industry.

As CFO, you will:

  • Lead the company's financial strategy and long-term fiscal performance.
  • Partner with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors on strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Oversee finance, accounting, treasury, purchasing, tax strategy, enterprise risk management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Evaluate acquisitions, capital investments, and growth opportunities.
  • Strengthen financial controls, governance, and risk management.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Finance and Purchasing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

We're seeking a strategic, collaborative executive with the financial expertise and business acumen to drive organizational success. The ideal candidate is an influential leader who can translate financial insights into business strategy while building trusted relationships with the Board, lenders, auditors, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • MBA, Master's degree, or CPA designation preferred.

Experience

  • Executive leadership experience overseeing corporate finance and accounting functions.
  • Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, internal controls, and strategic financial planning.
  • Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, renewable fuels, or other commodity-based industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of commodity markets, hedging strategies, and enterprise risk management.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, driving organizational performance, and partnering with executive leadership and Boards of Directors.
