The Benefits Analyst will manage operational processes related to employee benefits, ensuring accurate administration, strong supplier relationships, and continuous improvements. This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality benefits solutions.
- Manage contracts with benefits providers and suppliers, ensuring deadlines, service quality, and compliance with agreements.
- Monitor and review operational processes, identifying improvement opportunities based on corporate methodologies and best practices.
- Manage benefits-related ticketing systems, tracking service-level agreements (SLAs) and employee satisfaction indicators.
- Prepare management reports and qualitative analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Participate in projects focused on reviewing and improving benefits packages, including flexible benefits solutions and personalization initiatives.
- Provide support to employees and managers by clarifying questions and promoting engagement with available benefits programs.
- Ensure accurate validation, accounting, and payment of monthly benefits invoices through internal systems.
- Support audits and legal requirements related to benefits administration and compliance.
- Contribute to internal communication initiatives, including workshops, campaigns, and educational materials about benefits programs.
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing the overall benefits experience.
The ideal candidate is a benefits professional with experience managing employee programs, contracts, and operational processes. You should be comfortable working with data, collaborating with different stakeholders, and supporting initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Previous experience managing employee benefits programs and supplier contracts.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
- Experience using HR or enterprise systems such as SAP, SENIOR, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with benefits policies, flexible benefits programs, and collective agreements is a plus.
- Experience supporting process improvement projects within benefits or HR operations.
- Ability to conduct workshops, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Experience analyzing satisfaction metrics and employee engagement indicators related to benefits.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
