We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our Minnesota team. This is a phone-based sales role where you connect with business owners, qualify opportunities, and book appointments for our sales team — all from a supportive office environment.
You don't need sales experience. You need drive, great communication skills, and hunger for opportunity. We'll teach you everything else — from phone scripts to CRM systems to how top sales teams operate.

What You'll Actually Do
You're the voice on the phone that turns leads into opportunities.
Every day, you work through a list of businesses in our system — reaching out by phone, asking smart questions, and booking appointments for decision-makers who are ready to talk. Your job is simple: qualify interest, schedule the meeting, and hand it off to the Regional Director who closes the deal.
You're not selling. You're not closing deals. You're qualifying, scheduling, and keeping the pipeline moving.
You'll spend your day making calls, logging activity in our CRM (HubSpot), and working closely with your Field Prospector teammate who's out finding fresh leads every day. The best performers are the ones who stay connected with their Prospector and communicate what's working.
You're not alone. You work as part of a team — a Field Prospector who feeds you leads, a Regional Director who teaches you and closes your appointments, and supportive leadership who want to see you succeed.

We'll train the right person from the ground up. What we can't teach: drive, resilience, and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable talking on the phone and starting conversations with strangers
- Competitive — you like having goals and hitting them
- Organized — you can manage follow-ups and stay on top of your pipeline
- Coachable — you take feedback and apply it
- Comfortable with technology (you'll use HubSpot CRM and phone systems daily)
- Professional phone presence with clear, confident communication
Bonus points: Prior experience in phone sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or any goal-driven role

$23 – $26/hour base + monthly commission & performance bonuses

This position is based at our Jani-King Minnesota Regional Office:

This is an on-site, office-based role with a Monday-Friday schedule. You'll work in a professional team environment with coaching, support, and clear structure.
Your day is focused: mornings are for high-volume calling, afternoons are for follow-ups and pipeline work. You'll have daily check-ins with your Regional Director, regular communication with your Field Prospector teammate, and clear visibility into your performance.
