You will define and evolve the systems that detect and mitigate fraud across multiple payment rails, balancing security with user experience in high-stakes, real-time environments. The scope includes ownership of a decisioning platform, fraud investigation tooling, and restriction frameworks that directly impact account safety and transaction reliability. You will work across engineering, data science, fraud operations, and platform teams to design scalable systems that power critical risk decisions. This is a highly cross-functional and technical product role where you will influence both customer trust and operational efficiency. The environment is fast-moving, data-driven, and deeply collaborative, with strong emphasis on shipping, iteration, and measurable outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the product vision and strategy for financial risk systems, balancing fraud prevention, operational efficiency, and customer experience
  • Own the roadmap for real-time decisioning infrastructure that evaluates fraud risk across multiple transaction types and payment rails
  • Build and enhance fraud investigation tools, case management workflows, and automation systems to improve operational speed and accuracy
  • Design and evolve restriction and mitigation frameworks such as account holds, suspensions, and transaction-level controls
  • Partner closely with fraud operations, data science, and engineering teams to improve detection models, rules systems, and feedback loops
  • Develop platform-level APIs, schemas, and integration patterns used by internal teams across payments and money movement systems
  • Define and track key risk metrics including fraud loss rates, false positives, decision latency, and investigation cycle times
Requirements:
  • 6–8+ years of product management experience, with deep focus on fraud, risk, trust, or safety systems
  • Proven experience building platform products used by multiple internal or external teams, with strong API and system thinking
  • Strong technical fluency in streaming systems, workflow orchestration, and ML model integration concepts
  • Experience working closely with fraud operations teams and understanding investigation workflows and case management systems
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills with ability to analyze risk patterns and measure intervention effectiveness
  • Ability to operate across a broad surface area, managing multiple complex product streams simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical risk concepts for engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders
  • Track record of shipping iterative, high-impact products in fast-paced environments
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation with long-term equity participation
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage
  • Retirement savings plans with employer matching contributions
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, wellness days, and mental health days
  • Flexible remote work model across the United States and Canada
  • Work-from-anywhere flexibility for up to 90 days per year outside your home country (policy dependent)
  • Strong learning culture with exposure to advanced financial systems, risk infrastructure, and platform engineering challenges
  • Inclusive and collaborative environment with diverse employee resource groups
