Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Computer Operator to monitor and maintain mainframe systems, servers, networks, and data center operations. The candidate will monitor scheduled jobs, troubleshoot operational issues, coordinate with hardware/software vendors, and ensure reliable system availability.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of Computer Operator experience in a large data center.

• 2+ years of NOC and Production Control experience.

• Hands-on experience with Control-M and TPE/BPE Manager.

• Knowledge of data center security, HVAC, UPS, generators, raised floors, and fire suppression systems.

• Experience with incident, change, problem, and asset management.

• Knowledge of AIX, Linux, Windows, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and ITIL.

• Experience with disaster recovery, automated job scheduling, and hardware/software maintenance.

• IT-related degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred: State or Federal government experience.
