Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain contract and pricing information within SAP and contract management systems.
- Analyze and audit customer contract pricing and terms for accuracy and compliance.
- Process contract amendments, escalations, chargeback additions, credits, and pricing updates.
- Respond to inquiries regarding contract terms, pricing, billing structures, and GPO affiliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support.
- Support compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to established contract management procedures.
- Investigate and resolve contract and pricing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate contract records and supporting documentation.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical degree required
- 1+ years of related experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with contract administration processes and business systems.
Salary: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
