Job Description
Join the team at Friendship Village Chesterfield, a senior living community focused on providing exceptional care while supporting our employees with a positive and team-oriented work environment.
We are currently hiring Full-Time CNAs for our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation community.
Available Shifts
Day Shift: 6:30am - 2:30pm
Evening Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Shift Differentials
Day Shift Weekends: Additional $1/hour
Evening Shift: $3 -$4
CNA Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Support residents with meals and hydration.
Take and record vital signs.
Respond promptly to resident needs.
Work closely with nurses and healthcare team members to provide quality care.
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
Qualifications
Active CNA certification in the state of Missouri
CPR certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate approach to resident care
Long-term care or senior living experience preferred, but not required
