Location: In-person (office-based with some event site travel)

We’re looking for an Event Design Detailer who thrives turning creative vision into clear, organized, actionable plans. If you’re equal parts creative thinker and detail-driven organizer, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work alongside an Event Designer as a true creative partner — the person who helps transform big-picture ideas into polished, ready-to-execute plans.
Your days will include:
o Collaborating on unique, highly customized event designs
o Developing spatial and aerial layouts that translate big ideas into clear, buildable plans
o Communicating with clients throughout the design process (often up to a year), ensuring details are organized and aligned
o Preparing polished design documents and floorplans for our operations team
o Contributing to proposals, revisions, and vendor coordination
o Managing design updates as timelines evolve — especially within the final production window
This role is approximately 75% office-based and 25% onsite at event locations.
To start, you’ll complete a six-week field immersion to truly understand our inventory, installations, and production process — because the best designers understand how things get built in real life.

What You Bring
- A genuine passion for interior or event design
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn CAD programs and online systems
- A positive, proactive mindset
Experience in design is wonderful - but mindset, initiative, and attention to detail matter just as much.
