This role sits at the intersection of enterprise partnerships, operations, and commercial strategy, focused on driving long-term value from high-impact strategic relationships. You will act as the primary owner of key enterprise partner accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, expansion, and ongoing performance optimization. Working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments, you will translate business objectives into operational execution and measurable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams in product, operations, marketing, legal, and finance to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of partner experiences. The role requires strong analytical ability, commercial thinking, and hands-on project leadership to manage large-scale partnerships. You will play a central role in shaping growth, improving partner performance, and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
- Own and grow strategic enterprise partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders across key verticals such as retail, QSR, and emerging industries.
- Drive account expansion strategies by identifying new opportunities, including additional locations, services, or commercial initiatives that increase partner value and revenue.
- Lead end-to-end partner onboarding, integration, and launch activities, ensuring smooth execution across multiple operational and technical workstreams.
- Manage contract renewals, renegotiations, and commercial adjustments to ensure sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Analyze performance data, operational metrics, and partner insights to generate actionable recommendations and lead structured business reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of partner initiatives.
- Identify operational inefficiencies or friction points in partner workflows and proactively implement improvements to enhance performance and experience.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, partnerships, consulting, or similar roles, ideally in logistics, retail, QSR, or technology-driven environments.
- Proven track record of managing and expanding large, complex enterprise accounts with measurable commercial impact.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional projects such as multi-site rollouts, technical integrations, or operational transformations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear business insights and narratives.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts, SLAs, and long-term partnership agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level stakeholder relationships and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and external partners.
