The role
As a Customer Success Manager at Sellify, you'll be the trusted partner our pest control clients rely on to get the most out of our platform. You'll know Sellify inside and out, and you'll use that knowledge to guide clients from onboarding through long-term growth. Building strong, genuine relationships is at the heart of this role. You'll earn clients' trust, understanding their business goals, and become their go-to resource. You'll also drive product adoption, making sure every client is using Sellify to its full potential and seeing clear, measurable value in their sales and retention.
You'll fit if you
- Have 2–3 years of customer-facing experience (CSM, account management, sales, operations, or implementation)
- Looking for a start-up to build and grow into important key leadership roles.
- Are a self starter and can jump right into the role
- Are comfortable on calls with decision makers and executives
- Apply feedback inside the same conversation, not next quarter
- Have strong written & verbal communication (half this job is email, loom videos, and Slack)
Bonus: pest control or service-industry background · PestPac/FieldRoutes familiarity · daily AI tool use · prior CSM, AE, or implementation experience at a B2B SaaS company
Compensation
- Base: $65,000–$75,000
- Quarterly bonus: % of base salary for quarterly quota attainment.
- Relocation: Up to $3,000 for moves to Cache Valley
- Other: Unlimited PTO, parental leave, full equipment, training budget
