This hands-on position focuses on implementing and configuring Salesforce solutions that have already been defined, allowing you to concentrate on execution, optimization, and user support. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and fellow implementers to streamline processes, maintain data quality, and improve operational efficiency across business systems. - Implement and configure Salesforce solutions, including objects, fields, page layouts, profiles, permission settings, validation rules, and declarative automation using Salesforce Flows.
- Build, maintain, and optimize integrations and automated workflows between Salesforce and other business applications.
- Provide day-to-day support to end users by troubleshooting issues, resolving data inconsistencies, and performing necessary system updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute predefined requirements, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication of progress and outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of database management, data integrity, and system performance across business applications.
- Support global sales and operational teams by ensuring business systems remain reliable, efficient, and aligned with organizational needs.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and promote best practices in Salesforce administration and business application management.
- Proven experience implementing and configuring Salesforce solutions in a business environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, including objects, fields, page layouts, profiles, permissions, validation rules, and Flow automation.
- Experience building and supporting integrations and automated workflows across multiple business applications.
- Solid understanding of database management principles and data quality best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, perform data corrections, and provide effective user support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor while remaining engaged within a collaborative team environment.
