• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations that support decision-making and divisional performance.
• Lead end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the consumer division, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business priorities.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready insights that support strategic discussions and business performance reviews.
• Drive productivity and transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve financial outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional finance teams in an agile environment to implement solutions that address business needs effectively.
• Support performance management by analyzing financial trends, identifying risks, and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
• Coach and guide team members while contributing to the development of a high-performing, collaborative finance function.

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline, with CPA/CA certification or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in finance business partnering, ideally within insurance, underwriting, or sales and distribution environments.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, building strong and trusted professional relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of financial frameworks, planning processes, and performance management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments with strong consulting and problem-solving skills.
