Role Purpose
This role is a senior execution integrator within the Programme Control Tower, responsible for driving end-to-end coordination, plan integrity, and execution discipline across multiple workstreams (Product, Platform, Migration, Country Readiness, Vendors).
The role ensures the programme runs as a joined-up system, not a set of disconnected initiatives with clear visibility, managed dependencies, and proactive intervention where delivery risk emerges.
This is not a passive reporting role. It requires someone who can challenge, structure, and drive delivery across senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Integrated Plan Oversight & Challenge
Manage & ensure alignment to the integrated programme planInterrogate workstream plans to ensure:Logical sequencingClear dependenciesRealistic timelinesChallenge gaps, assumptions, and inconsistencies in planningEnsure all plans are aligned to programme outcomes and milestones, not just activity2. Cross-Workstream Coordination
Act as a central coordination point across Product, Engineering, Migration, Vendors, and Country teamsDrive alignment across:PrioritiesMilestonesDeliverablesFacilitate cross-workstream forums to resolve:ConflictsMisalignmentGaps in ownership3. Dependency & Blocker Management

7–12 years’ experience in:Project / Programme ManagementLarge-scale transformation or platform programmesProven experience operating in:Multi-workstream, complex environmentsTechnology-led transformations (ideally fintech / payments / platform)Experience working across:ProductEngineeringOperationsThird-party vendorsCore Skills
