  • Support data extraction, migration, cleansing, and configuration activities across payroll and finance systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track action items and support new country or process transitions into payroll operations.
Requirements:
  • 2–3+ years of experience in payroll processing, payroll accounting, or similar finance operations roles.
  • Hands-on experience working with PeopleSoft, particularly Payroll (version 9.2 preferred).
  • Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles, including earnings, deductions, tax calculations, and reconciliations.
  • Experience working with HRIS or payroll tools and reporting systems such as Cognos and advanced Excel.
  • Familiarity with finance modules such as labor allocation, payroll accounting, projects, or billing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and financial information.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across HR, finance, and IT stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Experience supporting UAT testing and troubleshooting system issues in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and industry benchmarks.
  • Flexible or remote work arrangements depending on operational requirements.
  • Opportunity to work in global payroll operations and enterprise finance systems.
  • Exposure to large-scale payroll accounting and multi-country process environments.
